Tarik Tonic

  • 3 parts Tarik Areke™ Classic

  • 4 parts fresh Ethiopian coffee (brewed and cooled)

  • 1.5 parts coffee liqueur

  • 1 part simple syrup

  • 3 roasted coffee beans for garnish

  • Ice

Instructions:

  1. Chill your glass – Place your cocktail or rocks glass in the freezer to get frosty.

  2. Brew the coffee – Make a strong shot of Ethiopian coffee and let it cool. (You can prep this ahead.)

  3. Mix it up – In a shaker, combine Tarik Areke™ Classic, coffee, coffee liqueur, and simple syrup.

  4. Add Ice and Shake – Add Ice and Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds, until the shaker feels frosty.

  5. Strain & serve – Strain the cocktail into your chilled glass over fresh ice.

  6. Garnish – Top with a few roasted coffee beans for aroma and flair.
