Tarik Express

Recipe:

  • 3 parts Tarik Areke™ Classic

  • 4 parts fresh Ethiopian coffee (brewed and cooled)

  • 1.5 parts coffee liqueur

  • 3 roasted coffee beans for garnish

  • Ice

Instructions:

  1. Chill the glass – Freeze your cocktail or rocks glass until frosty.

  2. Brew the coffee – Make a strong Ethiopian coffee and let it cool.

  3. Mix – In a shaker, combine Tarik Areke™ Classic, coffee, coffee liqueur, and simple syrup.

  4. Shake – Add ice and shake hard for 15 seconds until frosty.

  5. Strain & garnish – Strain over fresh ice and top with roasted coffee beans.
