
Tarik Tonic
3 parts Tarik Areke™ Classic
4 parts fresh Ethiopian coffee (brewed and cooled)
1.5 parts coffee liqueur
1 part simple syrup
3 roasted coffee beans for garnish
Ice
Instructions:
Chill your glass – Place your cocktail or rocks glass in the freezer to get frosty.
Brew the coffee – Make a strong shot of Ethiopian coffee and let it cool. (You can prep this ahead.)
Mix it up – In a shaker, combine Tarik Areke™ Classic, coffee, coffee liqueur, and simple syrup.
Add Ice and Shake – Add Ice and Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds, until the shaker feels frosty.
Strain & serve – Strain the cocktail into your chilled glass over fresh ice.
Garnish – Top with a few roasted coffee beans for aroma and flair.
