Tarik Express
Recipe:
3 parts Tarik Areke™ Classic
4 parts fresh Ethiopian coffee (brewed and cooled)
1.5 parts coffee liqueur
3 roasted coffee beans for garnish
Ice
Instructions:
Chill the glass – Freeze your cocktail or rocks glass until frosty.
Brew the coffee – Make a strong Ethiopian coffee and let it cool.
Mix – In a shaker, combine Tarik Areke™ Classic, coffee, coffee liqueur, and simple syrup.
Shake – Add ice and shake hard for 15 seconds until frosty.
Strain & garnish – Strain over fresh ice and top with roasted coffee beans.
