Ouzotini

• 4 parts Tarik Areke™ Ouzo

• 3 parts pineapple juice (fresh or store-bought)

• 1 part Vodka

• Ice

Instructions:

1. Shake: In a cocktail shaker, combine Tarik Areke™ Ouzo, Vodka and pineapple juice. Add ice and shake well.

2. Strain: Strain into a glass filled with fresh ice (rocks or tall glass).

3. Garnish: Garnish with star anise.
